The Central Liquor Board is established under the Liquor Act 2006 with the principal function of advising the Minister responsible for the Liquor Act 2006 on policy matters related to liquor licensing.
The Board aims to put in place a fair, just and efficient mechanism for the timely processing of liquor license applications and for hearing and determining appeals from Liquor Tribunals.
