The Acting Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Honourable Siromi Turaga, met with the outgoing Chargé d’Affaires (CDA) of the United States Embassy, Mr John Degory.
The meeting focused on advancing priority legal sector projects with the support of the United States Government and strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
Hon Turaga thanked Mr Degory for his service and assistance during his posting in Fiji, acknowledging his support in advancing key legal initiatives and the strong partnership between Fiji and the United States.
He also wished Mr Degory well in his future endeavours.
