12 MR SEREMAIA WAQAINABETE
Director of the Legal Aid Commission
By the Grace of God, Mr Waqainabete had been appointed as the Director of the Legal Aid Commission, Fiji on 22 nd September 2023.
Mr Waqainabete started his career at the Land Transport Authority as a Legal Officer from July 2005 to July 2010.
He joined Legal Aid Commission as a Senior Legal Officer in August 2010. He was promoted to Deputy Director on 1st August 2014.
He was appointed as the Acting Director on 12th March 2023 and later appointed as the Director Legal Aid Commission on 22nd September 2023.
